Through this 3-week internship, the apprentices can develop their technical (technical vocabulary, other work structures, other tools, operating and materials, different work processes.....), social (contrary hierarchies in Northern Germany, different mentalities, different culture, different Eating habits.....) and personal skills (flexibility, mobility, ability to work in a team, tolerance, self-confidence,...).
Interested training companies want this project to expand the professional and personal training of their apprentices.
