- Continuously enhance the professional services by learning from each other together with EU partner organizations. - Making work in the organization attractive and meaningful for employees* by enabling a view and learning beyond our own organizational and national borders. - To recruit and train sufficiently qualified staff in order to counteract the impending shortage of personnel, especially in the care sector. - To understand our society in terms of a common Europe by offering cross-border opportunities for exchange, networking and understanding, and by opening up new spaces for thought and cooperation.
HABIT stands for high-quality care for people with disabilities. We train professionals in practice, in cooperation with training institutions from the fields of care and work with disabled people. Since 2014, HABIT has been an Erasmus+ project partner of Mariaberg e.V. and has already taken on interns from there. We want to offer our colleagues attractive jobs and apprenticeships and assume responsibility for our society and for living together sucessfully.
