This project aimed: - To further our students' employability in the labour market - To raise students' awareness to the opportunities for working across the EU in the future. - To improve the cultural awareness of students. - To enrich teaching and learning in all classes as a result of the experiences of participants. - To cement our status as a school of excellence with a genuine European focus. - To broaden our work experience opportunities by continuing to develop a network of partners across Europe. - To promote the benefits of EU membership and democracy.
We applied for this project in order to enable our students to complete a part of their 300 hours of compulsory internships abroad. By this they benefit from a truely international business education, experiencing the cultural differences of another country, both in terms of country and business culture. In addition our students learn that they can work in the international marketplace, they learn to be flexible and self-sufficient.
