Participants gain political skills (civic skills), management skills (entrepreneurial skills) and personal/social skills. This allows them to do better make educational and strategic decisions, act with foresight (e.g. in strategic development of educational establishments, design of educational offerings, community education, work with volunteers) and provide quality education. The overarching project goals were * higher understanding of educational policy, national and international contexts * to gain a view beyond one's own pedagogical horizon through increased internationalization * Thrust of new possibilities and innovations in educational work and strategic further development of the educational institutions and the ARGE BHÖ * Professionalization and further development of the educational quality of the ARGE BHÖ itself, but also that of the member "Bildungshäuser= * Recognize and implement potentials for strengthening the respective region of the "Bildungshäuser"
For the year 2020, the ARGE BHÖ had focused on "Strengthening the region!" set. The theme includes both the role of the educational institutions in the respective region, but also the design of educational offers for regional ones and global issues in the economic, ecological, social and political areas. An intensive international exchange was planned for implementation.
