1) Identification of existing knowledge and skills in the use of ICT in educational and career guidance. 2) Embedding online counseling in new scientific findings. 3) Building competence in the assessment of opportunities and challenges through the use of new technologies in counseling and guidance 4) Planning competence in the appropriate, targeted and sustainable use of online counseling.
In the original proposal - in the beginning of 2020 - my mobility was based on the idea of building up experience and knowledge in the field of ICT for educational and career counseling. When Corona came along, developments in the aftermath led to a significant push for ICT in counseling. These changes over the last 3 years modified the "why" in terms of my original project plan. I have re-selected my Mobility 2023 because technical developments in education are now shifting into metaverse. Knowledge and experience around virtual and augmented reality are therefore essential to move into future.
