The main objective was to improve the professional skills of learners by strengthening their practical learning but also by discovering new techniques. To this is added, of course, the development of their softskills, their openness to each other, their autonomy. We also wanted, through mobility, to strengthen our contacts with our existing partners and develop new partnerships to extend our European network for the benefit of our learners.
This project is a continuation of the Centre’s European mobility activities since the 1990's. Our objective is to offer to some of our learners the opportunity of an internship abroad, in company mostly, in order to improve in their field and to discover new techniques while opening to Europe, cultural diversity and to the other, in general. This project Alter&Go 2020 was therefore based on two objectives: to sustain existing mobility projects and to develop new partnerships. We also wanted to launch "staff" mobilities to enable our staff to improve their skills but also to strengthen the exchange of good practices with our partners in other countries.
