Through the implementation of this project, we wanted to develop the 4 axes of our internationalization strategy: 1) Train European citizens 2) Develop the quality of the training offered 3) Keep trainers on point 4) Position our school at the heart of a European network We wanted the students to have acquired a new perspective on Europe, the importance of training and professional life when they return. We wanted mobility to bring a new human experience in self-esteem and group life. Our objective was that the students, on their return, have new strings to their bow to quickly get a qualified job. For the school and its watchmaking and jewelery sections, this mobility should also bring more cohesion to the team of teachers and their lifelong training, as well as new prospects for European partnerships.
Our "Minute & Artistic Metalworking" project was submitted in 2020 before the start of the pandemic. It provided for the mobility of 32 students in their final year of vocational technology in the watchmaking and jewelery sections, as well as the training of 2 teachers. Mobilities were mainly planned in the spring of 2021 and the balance in the spring of 2022.
