We wanted to create a curiosity for European Education, and we wanted our teachers to be more secure and comfortable talking and working in other languages. This European project was a possibility for our school to go out of our comfortzone and learn new things. Digitalisation, stressmanagement, classleadership, English for internationalisation, ... every step was one forward to a more growth mindset. We still have to learn a lot of things, but succeeded in this first project!
We applied for this project because we wanted to start internationalisation at our school. There was a new vision about connection, flexibility and wonder, and the best way to connect to Europe is by doing European projects and exchanges for teachers. So we had to be flexible and wanted to be wondered. We wanted to start with teachermobilities and then grow to more Erasmus activities. We started with a team 'international projects' and tried to make teachers and students ready to do exchanges in the future.
