With the TRICO project we wanted to achieve the following objectives: -Co-creation: In today's society it is important to translate knowledge into the capabilities necessary for the workplace. We want to achieve this by strenghten the participants' didactic competences by paying attention to flexible learning content. -Co-teaching: The term "learning" evolves more and more to an and/and story where the responsibility is shared between teacher and mentor. Specifically, the following question should be asked: what do you learn in what place? -Co-entrepreneurship: intra/entrepreneurship must be a concept that is of interest throughout the entire training path of the learner's, starting from the inclusion of entrepreneurship in curricula to the encouragement and inspiration of the trainee by the mentor during workplace learning. Additional objectives: -Increase intrinsic motivation of the trainer, employee and trainee through provicing concrete tools and methodologies. -Increase loyalty and commitment of trainers and employees through participation in mobility. -Constructive network building/resilience.
By taking inspiration from other European countries, we want to strengthen the quality of the training offer and bring it closer to the professional reality. Sending faculty and staff on the road together allows for reflection, within a partnership with the foreign institution, on emerging challenges and possible solutions. We set to work within TRICO on three challenges: co-creation of learning content, co-entrepreneurship where intra/entrepreneurial is stimulated by learners and co-education where trainers and mentors on the workplace oversee the acquisition of jointly defined learning objectives.
