Strengthen/improve the quality of the Personal Care training 2. Working across disciplines, collaborating with other disciplines and collaborating with different educational forms 3. Further expanding internationalization
As a school with vocational and educational training, we want to provide well-trained workforces who carry a backpack of real life and positive experiences. We submitted this project because we wanted to look for a new location with new internships that better suited our students. We chose to expand the project from one field of study (child care) to three (child care, home and elderly care and health and welfare sciences). This way we have been able to broaden our view of several professional fields and pass this on to our students. The students also gained a good impression of different directions within their study field. We especially wanted to offer our students new learning experiences, so they can use those experiences on a professional level and/or when starting higher studies. We hope our students have a broader view at the end of this experience.
