International learning is one of the pillars of Ligo Brusselleer's professionalisation policy. In the meantime, we have gained experience with Erasmus+ and built up a network of partners. We want to give as many employees as possible the opportunity to expand their expertise through this route, while at the same time increasing their international orientation and strengthening intercultural competences. Specifically for this project, we wanted to broaden our expertise on the impact of low literacy on the different domains of life: digital literacy, broad basic literacy reading and writing, numeracy & financial literacy, family literacy, health literacy, etc.
