The job shadowings had to contribute to: - develop the curriculum of the basic courses (content of the modules, including the cases); - develop online learning materials for these basic courses; - define the learning activities during the basic courses; - strengthen the existing modules on participation in the onboarding course, so that they refer optimally to the basic courses; - develop a range of variable training initiatives (workshops, intervisions, masterclasses, group tour and conference) that are based on the content of the basic courses.
FARO, the Flemish Interface for Cultural Heritage, trains and advises professionals in the cultural heritage sector in Flanders and Brussels. FARO wanted to develop a strong learning line for participation in a diverse context. First steps for this were already included in a number of modules of the onboarding course. The next step was to develop a basic course on participation and a basic course on intangible cultural heritage. In addition, we also wanted to think about advanced learning outcomes.
