Our aim with this project was, on the one hand, to make the pupils take new steps and also to sensitise the parents to learn to let go of their children. A second aim was to provide the pupils with a unique experience and allow them to grow both professionally and personally and to carry this forward to the rest of the school and in their own personal lives.
As every school year, in line with our long-standing and positive experience in this field, we offered students the chance to improve their language, technical and professional skills as well as their personal development competences in an international context. We wanted to do this by offering them internships in companies, beauty salons and hairdressing salons according to their field of study. Moreover, it was also very important for us to introduce the students to new cultures and increase their independence by being away from home and having to live together in a different context.
