Personal development of the students: consciously and critically thinking about their actions and making responsible choices based on that. Acquiring knowledge and understanding through the development of skills and attitudes, with particular attention to a critical and creative mindset towards humanity, nature, and society. Each person is unique. Therefore, in every educational and upbringing situation, the individual uniqueness of each student must be recognized. This includes ensuring equal development opportunities for equally gifted individuals. On the one hand, this means mitigating or addressing socio-economic disadvantages or disabilities through tailored support, and on the other hand, responding to the specific needs of more gifted and talented youth. Development towards harmonious coexistence in the complex society of diversity. Consciously critical and responsible thinking: global solidarity, tolerance, and a broad interest in cultural events both here and elsewhere. Optimal preparation for the job market: Willingness to engage in lifelong learning; Developing skills and competencies; Cultivating the right attitudes.
The ERASMUS+ KA1 program offers our students the unique opportunity to promote international mobility and collaboration. International Experience: Foreign internships provide our students with the chance to live and work in a different culture. This promotes intercultural understanding, language proficiency, and a broader worldview. Personal and Professional Development: Internships abroad assist our students in enhancing their independence, self-confidence, and adaptability. They can develop valuable professional skills and learn to navigate new situations. Strengthening Curricula: Foreign internships can introduce new perspectives and best practices from other countries into the participant's/school's curriculum. This can lead to enrichment of the educational offering. Networking Opportunities: Participation in international projects allows schools to establish partnerships with other educational institutions and organizations abroad. This can lead to long-term collaboration and knowledge exchange. Promotion of Inclusivity: A commitment to inclusivity and equal opportunities for our students. This allows us to develop projects focused on engaging diverse student groups (underprivileged backgrounds). Sharing Knowledge and Innovation: Participants can become acquainted with new teaching methods, technologies, and approaches during foreign internships and bring this knowledge back to showcase to other students. Enhancing Education Quality: Foreign internships can assist in addressing challenges within the participants' fields of study. All in all, participation in an ERASMUS+ project for foreign internships can be a valuable opportunity for students/participants to enrich their knowledge and gain new experiences.
