Exchange and sensitization of the topic of psychosocial basic education in adult education. What do politics, adult education and health insurances have to do to counteract the phenomenon of overload and increase of burnout cases?
The aim of the project was to give our teachers and educational staff the chance to participate in the symposium. The project is related to an Erasmus+ strategic partnership and serves the exchange of good practice and exchange with expert speakers. The offer was given to our speakers our board members as an opportunity to participate in this event. Especially the speakers were able to acquire new knowledge and apply it in their teaching sessions. The topic of basic psychosocial education will continue to be an important cross-sectional topic in adult education in the future.
