The main objective of this project was to strengthen the capacities and skills of young volunteers, in order to empower them to be active in European and international youth work. Representatives of the partner organizations identified together 5 fields in which they see enhanced cooperation on European level as highly important: Training of youth leaders Youth policy work, with focus on the climate crisis Communication Finances and fundraising Safeguarding of knowledge and experience The aim was to have for each of these fields a strong working group of volunteers, with persons coming from the different organizations, generating ideas and projects that will strengthen the cooperation on European level.
