IV OU "Dimcho Debelyanov" is clearly aware of the need to change the ways of teaching and organization of the learning process. This can be done by motivated, purposeful and effective teachers. Our goal was to change the methodology of presenting the curriculum and create motivation for teacher self-improvement, creating an interesting learning environment, implementing attractive teaching methods and technological training - interactivity, project work, teamwork. Participation helped teachers to create their own learning resources and provided them with a wide range of practical activities to enable them to make lessons more effective and enjoyable. An important element of the process is that the participants found practical educational applications and platforms for teaching and educating students in a wider range of topics. We wanted to increase the quality of the education offered by the school, as a result of which our school will be popularized in society. Successful distribution has increased our value. An important factor for us is the increase in the number of students in classes and the admission of new students.
