Through the project we want to give a greater chance for a successful future for young people through the development of their skills, better realization in society, greater sustainability and competitiveness. We want to increase their chances for a better future by choosing a career path that is in line with labor market trends. We want to create an environment in which students can develop 21st Century Skills, learn to defend their position and debate, know how and where to look for work. Through the project we want to create an environment in which students can increase their knowledge of global issues. We also want to work for the professional growth of teachers, through trainings and seminars, open practices and sharing good ideas. We have created conditions in the Google classroom for learning English business, because we want to upgrade the language skills of students and increase their competitiveness. Through the career center, which we created under the project, we want to increase the chances for professional realization of young people.
We applied for this project because we aim to build worthy and successful young people. Students graduate from school with a huge body of knowledge, but do not have the skills for their best realization in society, as there is a mismatch between young graduates and the professions actually sought. We created the project in order to compensate for the above-mentioned deficits, through more targeted information about the current situation on the labor market and helping young people to choose a career path. Another goal of the project is to improve the skills of young people for realization in today's dynamic society. This is possible through the development of 21st Century Skills, Presentation and Defense Skills, Adaptability, Sustainability, Lifelong Learning Attitudes and Job Search and Career Skills. We want to create worthy European citizens with a strong citizenship, based on real information about global issues and current trends. All this is possible by creating a prepared team of teachers through which to carry out project activities.
