Our goal is for students to feel confident and gain basic knowledge and skills. Our desire to become more and more part of European values is linked to the ever-growing needs for prosperity and support for all countries - teachers, parents, students, society and the development of the child as a thinking person. Challenges for us are: to train and qualify, to update our methods of teaching, education and socialization. The innovative educational environment, dotted with challenges - positivism and skills, is a real way to the future, through which each student can carry out their full preparation for life, created by school and family, to achieve a balance between knowledge, well-being, character and social responsibility, namely soft skills that help in life situations and hard skills - in particular digital, which provide knowledge and broad outlook.
This project of the First Primary School “St. St. Cyril and Methodius ”was built for implementation in an area in which we plan to develop and strengthen, related to the modernization of our school as European and innovative, focused on personal development of students and placing them at the center of the educational system and qualification. , increasing the efficiency and self-confidence of every worthy and self-respecting pedagogical specialist. The main goal of this project is the need to qualify staff to improve the quality, efficiency and strengthen the process of learning, education and socialization by applying techniques, methods and skills to design innovative and positive educational environment focused on personal development of each student , as an opportunity to raise and strengthen the prestige of our school, as well as increase the level of English language proficiency to achieve future goals and career development. The challenge of being an innovative school is becoming a constant quest to offer a modern, quality education. Today, more than ever, we need to guarantee every student and parent the values of a positive education and a calm school environment.
