The project is also aimed at the goals set in the European Development Plan of our school, targeting the interaction of the teaching staff as a guide and the student community as a successor to innovations and achievements in modern teaching methods. The set goals of the project, reflecting this bilateral process are: 1. Stimulating the general education and professional training as a main element of the curriculum by improving the competencies of teachers in teaching methodology for greater practical applicability of learning and directing students to an appropriate environment for the expression of their knowledge and psychological skills. work in a vocational school aimed at motivating young people to study and obtain a professional qualification; 2. Adoption and sharing of good pedagogical practices and innovations with emphasis on the use of gamification as the most popular motivating and effective method of pedagogical impact today, leading to impressive results in all ages and professional fields; 3. Sustainable management that allows achieving the goals of the organization; 4. Development of the institution internationally through participation in international projects, trainings and other platforms of interaction to achieve European dimensions in the quality of the offered education.
We planned this project to build an optimal environment for teaching and learning through effective strategic, tactical and operational management, to increase the foreign language competencies of teachers, to obtain new methods and concepts for teaching subjects and their use as a tool to increase the effectiveness of the educational process. We applied for this project because of the need to direct managerial attention so as to help the school organization to answer problematic questions in an appropriate way; due to the need to be acquainted with the latest trends in the development of modern teaching methods and skills for their application in such interconnection and interaction, which best contribute to achieving maximum efficiency and quality results, as well as to create conditions for creative application of knowledge, skills and habits.
