With the current project proposal, we aimed to improve the competence approach in the education system by stimulating innovation, creativity and creative imagination, applying the personal approach for practical orientation of training, orientation to results and the motivation to learn of 8 teachers from PTG, which was achieved through their participation in four different, thematic, structured training courses in EU member states within 24 months. This is of key importance for the overall improvement of the quality of training offered by PTG in the upcoming certification of schools and teachers. By quality we understood a set of characteristics of the educational process that led to the realization of the goals and policies related to the level of knowledge, skills and competences of students, the degree of development of personal qualities and social competences, the satisfaction of the needs of society, parents and students Improving the quality of education in general education, language and professional training is the strategic goal of the school, as well as the introduction of dual training and innovations in the school.
The improvement of the qualification is a continuous process of improvement and enrichment of the competences of pedagogical specialists for effective fulfillment of the requirements of the performed work and for career development. The improvement of qualification is carried out according to programs and in forms chosen by the pedagogical specialist. Access to modern information technologies is an integral and increasingly important part of access to education. The electronification of the learning process is an irrevocable element of the modern school. The entry of innovations based on information and communication technologies (ICT) in the system of preschool and school education, optimizes the learning process and increases its effectiveness. To achieve the goals laid down in the national and European strategic documents, opportunities for qualification should be provided, leading to the improvement and enrichment of the competences of pedagogical specialists. That is why PTG participates in a project for the qualification of personnel by participating in training courses in Spain, Italy, and the Netherlands.
