Objectives

Through our participation in the current mobility, we have set ourselves the goal of expanding and upgrading professional pedagogical and methodological knowledge and skills in the field of ICT, foreign language teaching by profession and the necessary inclusive education that meets the specific educational needs of students. Our aspiration was to implement various electronic and informational resources during the educational process in order to improve and modernize the educational environment. Among the main tasks were the creation of prerequisites for overcoming the time and space limitations of traditional education, as well as for the education of students with low socio-economic status, with low motivation and problematic behavior through the implementation of new teaching techniques and methods, and in addition and improvement of linguistic knowledge.

Background

Our participation in the European project "ICT and Inclusive Education" is important for modernizing the teaching of foreign language subjects through new innovations and methods. Our main goal was to update the teaching methodology, get to know and master innovative learning approaches, increase the quality of education. The priority of the high school was the promotion and improvement of the competences of the teachers in the field of ICT, and in addition, the teachers developed various digital competences, which also helped to build a strategy to respond to the educational needs of children with low socio-economic status, students with poor preparation and low motivation, students with problem behavior and others. Participation in European mobility was an effective way to increase the attractiveness of the high school in front of teachers, learners and partners, building international collaborations and exchanging good practices and methodologies.
