Through this project, we want to help young people have greater confidence and confidence in their job search. Our main goal is to help disadvantaged young people to acquire information, develop knowledge and skills and acquire new competences. The project aims to improve the key competences of young people at risk of exclusion by enhancing their chances of better realization in the labor market. The project activities are aimed at creating conditions for successful professional realization and personal development of young people from Bulgaria and Romania. Young people's employment, soft skills, inclusion skills, management and leadership skills will all be important concepts in our training. Specific objectives: • Encourage entrepreneurial and creative thinking and generate innovative solutions for the benefit of personal development and the local youth community; • Increase youth awareness of youth unemployment problems and ways, methods, tools and institutions to deal with them; • Encourage young people to have greater confidence and self-confidence in their job search; • Motivate young people to promote learning outcomes in order to reach a wider range of people at risk of exclusion from the labor market; • Promote and promote methods of non-formal education among young people as a means of addressing various issues related to them. • To build a long-term partnership with the project partners and thus work in the future to solve various problems related to young people; • Introduce to the participants the Erasmus + program and the opportunities it offers as a great tool for the personal, professional and social development of the young generation; The objectives of the project are in line with the Renewed Framework for European Cooperation on Youth, which requires more equal opportunities for all young people in education and the labor market. It is essential to use the methods of non-formal education to develop social and civic competences in young people in connection with increasing their motivation for professional realization and active participation in the labor market.
