The main objectives of our project are inspiring more young people from isolated rural areas to search for their development in their native place. We want to help these youth to find their place in the society by understanding what they do the best and transforming it into their own business idea. For this purpose we will give them the basic knowledge, needed to develop a successful business idea and business plan, also we will meet them with people who have already passed this path. We would like a major part of the youngsters included in the project itself and the following activities to build themselves as successful role models , opening the eyes to many others about the perspectives which the isolated areas provide. Because of the isolation of these regions is often a reason for the people in there to think that the problems in their region are unique and practically unsolvable, we would like to meet youth from similar regions from different parts of Europe to show them how alike are the challenges they face and to get motivation and ideas from each other in terms of how to deal with them. Likewise we aim for a major increase in the potential of our own and partners organizations regarding the active work with young people in the field of entrepreneurship. With the seminar following the project, we aim to reach over 500 young people living in isolated rural areas in 6 European countries. After these seminars all the participating organizations will be exchanging feedback information about the achieved results. We are aiming to use the best practices created and shared during this project in each participating country, where they are applicable.
