Objectives

Every day our health is threatened by thousands of harmful effects, and many of us say, "Why change my diet while consuming tons of junk food? Why do I have to do it? How can I lead a healthy lifestyle like the air that I am breathing full of poisons and I cannot hide from that. " A healthy lifestyle is a real achievable concept, despite the many aspects that it covers and through this exchange we will try to reinvent it with young people from 8 countries. A healthy life cannot be done for a day, but we can do small and daily useful steps towards the goal - to walk a little more, to add fruit to our cereal or another glass of water to our daily dose. Elementary things that do not require any effort on our part. This mission is set on the exchange, and to the improvement of th healthy lifestyle through sports and movement. Youth exchange involves the participation of 40 young people who together in 10 days will exchange information on types of sports, sports and their benefits, healthy lifestyles. Through the methods of non-formal and informal education, young people from the participating countries will raise their awareness of problems related to the protection of their health and will share experience and knowledge about various adequate measures taken to achieve a healthy lifestyle. They will discuss ideas on types of food, on preventative measures aimed at obesity and immobilization. They will increase their competences and knowledge about the main institutions and their responsibilities in society regarding the protection of human health. Through the project all participants will be informed and acquainted with the types of food , types of sports activities in support of health, basic laws and regulations in different countries, and what countries do on their own with regard to healthy lifestyles. What do we, as a people on earth, as young people and as citizens of Europe, have to do to keep our body and mind healthy. In implementing this project proposal, we will overcome the poor awareness of young people, which leads to an increase in the problem and their lack of interest. The main objective of the project is: Understanding and embracing the idea of a healthy lifestyle through proper nutrition and sports. The young people involved in the exchange will increase their knowledge of the types of foods and the methods and means of treating / cooking them healthy. This will help them to think and start helping to tackle the problem of obesity resulting from immobilization and malnutrition. Aims: -Awareness and exchange of experience of youth participants about basic institutions and responsibilities in the community for health. -Awareness and exchange of experience of young people from different countries about the benefits of sport and movement. - Increasing the sensitivity of the younger generation to a healthy body and healthy spirit. - Promote intercultural dialogue and tolerance among young people who come from different cultures Participants will engage in a variety of discussions, skill games and health-focused tasks. They will also have the opportunity to improve their skills and learn, play and have fun together. In addition to sports and health workshops and healthy eating activities, participants will have the opportunity to learn more about types of food and gain basic skills on how to eat healthily and exercise more. At the end of the project, participants will have the opportunity to connect sports , health and healthy lifestyles and share their new knowledge through an exhibition in local communities from their countries. We know that health problems do not have easy solutions, but what we can do is give young people more information and an opportunity to share experiences with other young people who come from different European countries and give them the opportunity to learn each other. The main idea of this project is to provide young people with more information about healthy lifestyles, to increase their interest in various health issues, and at the same time to participate in sporting activities.
