In 2019 and early 2020, environmental and climate change issues have caused extremely heated discussions and debate in Europe. It is crucial for partner organizations to provide young people with whom they are working with an environment for a thorough discussion of the problem and the search for possible solutions to be applied in their daily lives. Through such initiatives, we strive to create the conditions and skills for responsible behavior, environmentally friendly and creating a network of young people - multipliers of these values. In addition to the general environmental anomalies and garbage crises faced by the three partner countries, we were also provoked by the alarming information provided by the EC, UN and the European Environment Agency at the end of 2019. According to a published EEA report ( climate, impacts and vulnerability in Europe 2019 "), regions of Europe face rising sea levels and more extreme weather events such as more frequent and intense heat waves, floods, droughts and storms caused by climate change . Another UN report said that efforts by NGOs and governments to address the above issues are insufficient. Other disturbing data: Increase in total temperature as a result of human actions from 0.2 to 1.2 degrees, at a critical point of 2 degrees on a common annual basis according to the scientific community (UN report) - Statistics for the hottest years on earth, with 9 of the temperature records being set in the last decade (NASA report and US National Oceanographic Administration). The main objective of the project is to show 39 young people the importance of taking daily environmental action and preparing them for multipliers on the principles of a responsible and environmentally friendly life. Through the methods of non-formal education, young people will raise their awareness of environmental issues and share experience and knowledge of various appropriate measures taken to address the problem. They will exchange ideas for various daily activities that help with environmental life, for preventative measures to address pollution in their hometowns, their own cities and countries. We will deal with the poor awareness of young people, which leads to an increase in the problem and their lack of interest. We also want to motivate them to influence their peers, families and friends.
