Twenty-five students from PG SS "Khan" will take part in the project "Knowing and able in Europe" / part 3 / Asparuh ", Experiments, who are trained in special activities" Mechanization of agriculture "," Agricultural Economy and Rural Tourism. Anyone who wishes to apply will have the right to apply. Meet the following criteria: - Added Application and Motivation Letter (in Bulgarian), showing the desire of students to participate in mobility; - Completed X class in PG on SS "Khan Asparuh", Isperih; - Minimum average success from the previous school years - Good (4.00); - Minimum average success in the study of vocational training subjects from previous school years - Very good (4.50); - Minimum average grade in English from previous school years - Good (4.00); - Lack of Punishments imposed by the Pedagogical Council of the school. After the final selection, 25 students will be selected, divided into two groups: First group - 13 students and Second group - 12 students, with 3 reserves for each group. Thus, if in case of contingencies the circumstances turn out that the student cannot continue to participate in the mobility in order to be replaced by a friend. The project "Knowing and able in Europe" / part 3 / meets the growing needs for training from diverse professional knowledge, skills and competencies and improving the practical abilities of boys and girls. Students will have the opportunity to practice what they have learned in theoretical classes. The main goal of the project "Knowing and able in Europe" / part 3 / is to increase the effectiveness of professional content education at the Vocational High School of Agriculture "Khan Asparuh", Isperih. Specific objectives to be achieved by the project proposal are: to improve knowledge, skills, competencies and qualification of 25 potential participants from the PGSS; to raise attractiveness for vocational training and education inthe Municipality of Isperih; to continue interaction and cooperation between GHGs, Experiments and Fattoria Biologica Patrice, Spoleto, Italy (all partners in the project proposal are representatives of two European countries involved in vocational education and training); students will explore Europe 's low experience in offering tourist services and customer service, more scientific methods for the production of organic products on the partner's farm will be studied initially and methods of agricultural management farm and will show their skills and competencies, which will increase their self-confidence. This will contribute to their successful competition on the European labor market and their personal development. Participants will acquainted with the history, culture, sights and traditions in Italy - region Umbria / Spoleto, Terni, Assisi, Perugia /, Florence and the "Eternal City" - Rome. In from the group will be included students from the specialty Mechanization of Agriculture, in all the second group will include students majoring in Rural Tourism and Economist. Splitting of Participants in two groups of excuses want to fund four accompanying teachers two for both groups. The mobility will take place in Spoleto, Italy. The stations will be created by partners on project Fattoria Biologica Patrice on their own farm, which has its own bed base in Spoleto. That's where they will eat. They also provide their workplaces and cultural program on weekends. The internship for the first group will be held in July /August 2021, and for the second group in August/September 2021
