Increasing the efficiency and professional level of 5 teachers, 3 in IT and 2 in English through visits to vocational schools and companies. 2. Improving the possibilities for suitability and professional realization of our students for the national and European labor market and familiarizing teachers with the specifics of the educational systems in the respective countries. 3. Improving the institutional capacity of the High School of Mathematics "Acad. Kiril Popov" in the field of vocational education 4. Achieving good results in the implementation of the Internationalization Strategy and increasing the popularity of the school as a leading educational institution in the field of vocational training. 5. Increasing the number of good practices implemented by the school in the field of vocational education. 6. Acquisition of a basis for better interaction between MG "Acad. Kiril Popov", Plovdiv and employers in the field of IT.
Our application for the project "Opportunities for professional skills improvement of the IT-Specialist according to the requirements of the European Labour Market " was provoked by our desire to achieve the goals set in the internationalization strategy and according to the VET Mobility Charter. "Acad. Kiril Popov" Mathematical High School has implemented a number of similar projects in earlier stages, and the successful achievement of their goals had an extremely positive effect on the professional training of students and the improvement of teachers' qualifications. Parents also showed great interest and provided the necessary assistance. The teachers considered that improving their qualifications in their subjects by sharing good practices and methodologies in the field of teaching a subject by profession with their colleagues from Portugal, Italy and Greece was significant in their development. Last but not least, was our desire to separate the students from their everyday life, to create prerequisites for them to deal with both their domestic and social challenges on thei own and become familiar with cultures and traditions of other European nations.
