The key objectives have been included in our school's three-year development plan set out on the basis of the 3 strategic pillars. The main objective is to train our school staff through training activities, so that teachers will develop their skills, knowledge and competences in new teaching techniques. The project included two different activities, the first was teachers to attend structured training courses with specific learning outcomes that we have identified in our school that we needed improvement. The second activity was to organize job shadowing activities in other VET schools with similar student profiles to learn from each other and exchange good educational practices
Technical School of Larnaca two years ago developed a three year European Development plan aiming to offer the opportunity to its staff to improve their knowledge, skills and competences through training activities abroad and further cooperation with organizations in other European countries. The main aim for this project was to train and educate our teachers of our school. The main to improve the knowledge , skills and competences of our teachers in educational themes.
