Throughout the years, it has been shown that Vocational Education and Training (VET) mobility supports the professional development of students. The objectives were to: -carry out projects that help students broaden their horizons and develop cultural awareness through the unique experience of living, studying and training -provide students with the opportunity to improve their skills and their career prospects according to the demands of the labor market -offer students the opportunity to gain work experience -guarantee a strong point on our students' CV - exchange of experience and good practices with other academic institutions and organizations -create a new innovative educational and training activities
Globalization in education refers to the increasing mobility of students across the world and the need for students to upgrade their skills as it is difficult to stand out from the crowd in today's competitive world. Therefore, it is important to enhance students skills and their ability to learn, practice and adapt in a different environment. C.D.A. College is dedicated to the provision of high-quality education and training for the enrichment of learners’ knowledge and skills in their academic field. Consequently, Erasmus+ provides the opportunity for students to take their studies to the next level and experience how their chosen subject of study can be approached differently and practice what they have learned in another country. Through various Erasmus+ projects, we aim to provide students with the opportunity to enhance their soft and hard skills to successfully cope with the fast-changing economy and the rapid technological developments.
