We applied for this project in order to cover the needs of our organization according to our key activities which are as follows: 1. We give classes in the adult education sector for locals and foreigners (European permanent residents and immigrants). We would like to improve the effectiveness of the teaching staff in the classroom as now the classroom reality is different in the sense that classrooms are multicultural. This would be achieved by participating in structured courses or job shadowing to better learn the managing of the multicultural classroom as well as the new teaching methodologies that take into account the cultural diversity in the classroom. 2. We currently give classes of ICT in Greek, English and Spanish but offering classes in more languages will create more opportunities for us and for the people. We planned structured courses/job shadowing in organizations that use the French language. 3. We are involved in ERASMUS+ KA1 projects and we plan to expand our activities to KA2. We need to improve our ability in proposal writing and project management. This would be achieved by participating in structured courses about proposal writing and developing our networking.
