The basic objective is to gain skills to develop intercultural understanding and have the opportunity to mobilize in the job market. We are a small island far away from central Europe so we are looking forward to cooperate in the field of managment. Through the mobility, teacher participants learn new teaching skills in order to develop and participate in programmes and projects which are interacting with the mobility bussinesses.
Main goals in the context of the transnational activity of Vocational Education and Training are: 1.Strengthen skills and vocational potential. Modernize education, training and youth work throughout Europe. 2. Bring people together, beyond national borders. Spending time abroad promotes intercultural understanding, hence promoting solidarity, vanish racism and nationalism. 3. Gain adaptability skills by learning how to live abroad, therefore have the opportunity to find a job in a foreign country 4. Participants improve their social skills by learning to improve adaptability, self-reliance, tolerance, empathy, judgement, stress management, responsibility, decision-making
