The project "Developing By Sharing-Implementing the Project" is the second module of the "Developing By Sharing KA1-1378". For this second module youths aimed to offer opportunities to share practice and experiences on how to implement the project (organize practicalities, adjustments based on participants needs, logistics, adjustments of activities, dissemination and exploitation). This project was also considered important for youths, community and organisations because we aimed on the development of basic key competences and to support intercultural learning. This project was based at the following: -Youths from partnership countries want to support key competences development through training/learning/developing by sharing their own experiences. -Many of youths who joined the project and face fewer opportunities (educational, economic, social, cultural) they would like to be supported to overcome these or some of these difficulties by developing competences: initiative and entrepreneurship, learning to learn and self directed learning, mathematical and tech, digital and communication), but also social and cultural. -The multinational identity of the project with 7 countries (at the implementation phase they were only 6 due to covid19) would support partners' aims which were intercultural dialogue and social inclusion. This project was a good opportunity for youths with little or no experience to be involved and benefited by and into learning process. It proposed variety of activities in which they could be encouraged and motivated to meet what interest them more and develop themselves but also to increase inclusive attitude. Therefore through this project we shared and developed "Project management, Implementation and next steps". During these activities we supported our youths with experts, created for them space for organizing and implementing their project and support them in all practicalities in order to succeed on intercultural dialogue and their project idea. Objectives of the project were the following: To 1.suggest, share and learn activities for project implementation between youths and turn them into active facilitators 2.motivate youths to collaborate through activities under NFL in an intercultural and international framework 3.support the development of key competences to youths through sharing learning for project preparation and management 4.increase self confidence and inspire youths to join more international mobilities 5.create tangible (video, booklet) and intangible (ex. friendship, partnership)results 6.support cooperation for creating a T-KIT for project implementation.
