The main objectives of the project were: - improving the professional qualifications of teachers in innovative teaching methods and practices - improving the qualifications of senior staff in methods of school management, in supporting the environment for implementing innovations, as well as in mentoring skills and project management - improving the communicative competences in English of both teaching and non-teaching staff - improving the ability to reflect and self-reflect on teaching - increased motivation for the implementation of foreign language and international projects - strengthening a democratic and partnership approach to teaching - development of European values and European identity - drawing inspiration for teaching, projects, cross-curricular integration, ways of working and communicating with children, promoting student autonomy and a positive school and classroom climate - strengthening the linguistic/professional skills of administrative staff
The project followed up on our previous activities in the field of international cooperation within the Erasmus+ programme. In order to improve the quality of education we provide to our pupils and students, we see it as crucial to continuously educate both the teaching and service team, bringing new impulses and space for personal and professional development not only to classes and projects, but also to the entire life of the school. In this project, we also responded to the fact that the team is expanding and we created opportunities for team members who have not yet completed a mobility abroad to do so. We chose the topic of key competences because it is a key area that we are trying to develop in the school - we focus on the development of soft skills during all the activities that take place in the school.
