The aim of this project was to increase the level of language competences of our English teacher by participating in language courses in a language school in Edinburgh and to expand her competence in the field of methodology, in the field of using ICT in teaching and in the field of working with pupils with special needs. For vocational teachers, the aim was to improve their language skills and ability to communicate in English and to motivate them to continue their studies and improve their language competences continuously.
We decided to implement our project to improve the level of language competence of our teachers, to refresh the English teacher´s skills and improve her competence in the field of teaching methods that she could share with other teachers. At the same time, we wanted to expand the portfolio of teachers able to participate in project activities and learn new methods of working with pupils with special needs.
