In the project, we focused on fulfilling the following goals: -improving the language and professional knowledge of teachers through shadowing and a teaching assignment in a partner school. We sent 3 teachers for shadowing and 1 teacher for a teaching assignment to our German partner school. The teachers got to know the educational system, the level of teaching in the partner school, they got to know the methods and approaches used in teaching. Shadowing at the school brought new incentives to improve the quality of teaching, improving the language competence of the participants. - mastering the possibilities of involving various ICTs in teaching, modern teaching methods and alternative classroom arrangements. We sent 1 teacher to learn about the possibilities of engaging and using technologies in teaching. We applied for the course at the FCL in Brussels. Unfortunately, the course was cancelled by the agency due to COVID 19. For the participant, we searched for a similar course with the topic "Design Learning Spaces for 21st century Classroom" through the School Education Gateway platform. The course responded to the challenges of today's education in terms of changing the learning environment.
The project SPŠE, Prague 10, V Úžlabíně 320, "Foreign teachers´ mobility" was planned for the period 2020/2022 with a longer-term impact. The aim of the project was to acquire new insights, knowledge, practical skills and new ideas for teaching. Another challenge for submitting an application and implementing this project was the connection with the previous project, which had been focused both on a visit to a partner school as part of shadowing mobility and on the participation of teachers in various educational courses. However, this project more directly aimed at teachers of professional subjects and their practical participation in teaching at our partner school. Mobility participants got acquainted with the latest trends in the approach to students within the school environment, improved their language skills, participated and experienced teaching (teaching assignment mobility) and shadowing at our partner school. One participant took part in a professional training course focused on the conditions and environment of the classroom during the educational process. In our future project, we would like to make other steps and send more teachers for shadowing, teaching assignment and educational courses as well.
