The school applied for the first time in ERASMUS+ programme with aim of gaining experience in project realization from skilled partner and establishing international cooperation for employees and students with less language skills. Mobilities for 5 teachers of different expertise to EU country, Slovenia, whose education system, methods, forms and results of education are highly valued within the EU, are model. Similarity of languages and cultures will enable job-shadowing at primary school Naklo within the framework of expertise and personal goals, overcoming language barriers and international cooperation. Mobilities will ensure the observation of methods and process introduced at the receiving organization (CLIL method, peer, experiential and flipped learning), practice testing, which will improve the quality of student education without increasing the volume of taught material and stress on student output. In result of activities, non-participants will profit from: - improvement of professional and language competences and teaching foreign languages; - new methods, forms; - increasing of managerial remits of executives; - developing students creative and critical thinking
The reason for the request were aims of the European Development Plan of ZŠ Arménská: 1.support of international projects, growth of language, social and expert competences of employees and students 2.support of European cooperation in education - creation and utilization of school partnerships abroad 3.increasing of managerial competences of school management and staff 4.support of using modern teaching methods and forms of learning which are developing critical and creative thinking 5.support of environmental and multicultural education for all - inclusion 6.increasing of the language competences, introduction of CLIL method into the teaching of non-language subjects 7.set up the cooperation with schools abroad using the Erasmus+ programme-exchange of information; creation and realization of projects through international platforms (eTwinning, School education gateway, EPALE) 8.support of using information and communication technologies in teaching and international cooperation 9.condition support for the development of critical and creative thinking, creating assumption for future jobs of school graduates in Europe 10.the pro-European direction will increase institution's competitiveness
