For us, internationalization is a necessary condition for the further development of the school and the improvement of the quality of education. That is why we are deepening contacts with foreign partners. We want to further develop the cooperation. The school responds to employers' comments that the school's graduates are trained for the regional labor market, but are not prepared for employment abroad by the way they are taught. One of the comments is the low level of knowledge of a foreign language. We therefore need to improve the teaching of foreign languages both in the matriculation exams and in the subject areas, both in relation to the matriculation exams and, on the other hand, in relation to the needs of employers and the employment of graduates. We promote crafts and fields of study among elementary school students, we need new approaches to make these topics more attractive. That is why we want to offer non-traditional software and web applications, robotics, connection with computer technology, the use of technical kits, interesting software applications, etc. We also need innovative approaches and topics for science events. We want to improve the social climate of the school, we need new ideas.
