The intention of participation in the project was to prepare pupils and students for a successful working life in today's multicultural world. The main objectives of the project were divided into two areas. Objectives from the school perspective: - To increase the attractiveness of the international dimension of our organisation, - attracting partners for long-term international cooperation, - increasing the prestige of the school for current and potential pupils, - to acquire the key competences needed to further develop the school and to introduce new approaches to the current teaching. Objectives from the perspective of the participants: - Improvement of language and communication competences, - improving professional skills and knowledge, - gaining valuable work experience, - improving personal development, - Ensuring better recognition of acquired work competences in the job search, - gaining better orientation and integration in an international environment, - increasing participants' awareness of other cultures, cities, countries, - increased self-confidence and independence. Considering the successful implementation of the three mobilities and the evaluation of the project, we believe that the objectives have been met.
The main goal of our school is to continuously improve the professional and linguistic competences of its students and pupils and to strengthen the international dimension of education and training in the framework of cooperation with EU countries. The school is very active in various international cooperation and has many foreign partners, both educational institutions and companies. However, due to the financial demands of being abroad, it is not possible for the school to send its pupils on foreign placements. The school tries to give access to methods, practices and technologies used in other countries, so we try to establish international cooperation and participate in international projects. In order to achieve the school's goal, it is essential that our pupils, students and staff continue to improve their language and professional competences. Due to the national character of our organisation, i.e. the fact that the school accepts pupils and students from all over the Czech Republic, it is imperative that part of our long-term strategy is to engage in international projects, i.e. to gain foreign experience which we will introduce into our teaching and thus improve the quality of teaching and innovate the educational process
