By implementing the project, we wanted to fulfill several goals, both from the point of view of the school as a whole and from the point of view of the participants. The project was supposed to contribute to obtaining incentives to improve the quality of the teaching of professional subjects and English, to expand the school's cooperation with foreign organizations and to strengthen the school's reputation. The participants were supposed to deepen and expand their professional knowledge in the studied field, get inspiration for further creative work, improve their English language and gain work experience and practice. The project was also supposed to contribute to strengthening their independence, adaptability, mobility and belonging to European culture.
We decided to implement this project as a tool to fulfill the goals set in the European Development Plan of our school. As a part of improving the quality of practical teaching and teaching English, we wanted to offer our students the opportunity to travel abroad and complete a compulsory internship there. We also wanted to develop the independence and mobility of the participants as well as their belonging to European culture. We wanted the traineeship abroad to bring students new inspiration for their further artistic creation.
