Our organization aims to prepare pupils as best as possible for their future professional life, thanks to the possibility of foreign experience, they will have a higher application on the labor market and transfer foreign experience to the reality of work in the Czech Republic. We sent 27 pupils and 4 members of the teaching staff on a professional internship abroad, we welcomed a Greek lady farmer to our school twice. We consider this quantity to be optimal for ensuring our needs described above organization. The beginning and end of every good school is enough good students, an interesting study offer, a welcoming atmosphere and quality teachers. We also supported the language skills of all participants and, last but not least, the media image of our school, which is part of the European community with all openness and background.
Foreign internships enable our organization to increase the school's long-term potential as a professional training center with high-quality experts and an excellent offer of cooperation with real organizations, including foreign ones. At the same time, we also increase the qualifications of school employees who are entrusted with organizing these internships, thanks to this work they acquire new or better competences in the field of logistics, planning, working with students, not only in classrooms, but also in the field. We want to increase the attractiveness of vocational training in agriculture for young people and, thanks to European experience, increase their independence, potential and competitiveness on the labor market. Agriculture is generally one of the least supported areas, it should be supported with a positive handicap, given that it provides the primary needs of all of us.
