The aim of the project was to enable students to gain certified practice abroad and to strengthen their professional level. Furthermore, we wanted to improve their language skills and the area of personal development - independence, adaptability, flexibility, ability to solve problems, etc. The project was also supposed to contribute to increasing the mobility of the participants on the labour market and their employability. With the help of dissemination activities, we wanted to increase the attractiveness of studies at our school, increase its prestige, and attract study applicants to handicraft fields.
We wanted to implement the project with the intention of increasing the quality of teaching at our school, especially of professional training and English, to support the development of key competences of students needed for the performance of their profession and to strengthen their intercultural awareness and understanding. Thanks to the project, we also wanted to establish cooperation with foreign partners with whom we could implement further mobilities in the future and with whom we could implement the exchange and transfer of experience.
