There are specified aims in several levels, according to the facts who is to be impacted (participants, organization, etc.). The essential aims are those with impact on pupils, resp. participants of the planned mobilities. There were numerous aims, mainly to implement international labour internship for pupils in study and vocational fields, incl. pupils with special educational needs, to work under a foreign guidance and to meet new neighbourhoods, increase professional and language competences, to improve their application on the labour market and to support their enterprise and creativity. In general, to implement next successful project at experienced partners, the ECVET principles to be fully implemented with new current evaluation units. We also counted on feedback regarding the adjustment of educational documents and procedures according to experiences gained in an international mobility, mainly in the professional training and practice. We can indicate such a bonus while connecting new partnerships with international institutions involved in the project. Secondly, the final benefit for the organization was to achieve reputation and gaining experience which came from another successfully implemented mobility project.
SOŠ Jarov - a huge public secondary school with a long lasting tradition considers the international projects and mobilities as an important factor not only for school itself but mainly for its talented pupils. We consider as an essential input to enable selected pupils (incl. pupils with special educational needs) to gain both worthwhile professional and personal experience which results in their labour application in another country of the EU. We believe that more beneficial projects than international mobilites in vocational training are hardly to be found. The benefit in professional and personal level of pupils who complete an international mobility is appreciable and completely objectively observable. Our school implemented several successful mobility projects so we are capable to evaluate the benefit both for pupils and school itself, especially while implementing the quality management system of the project. It is beneficial mainly for pupils in vocational tranining and for handicapped pupils who have quite limited opportunity to travel out. The involvement in Erasmus+ has an enormous benefit for our school regarding prestige and to strengthen a good name of our school among pupils and domestic and international partners.
