Through the project we wanted to achieve the following goals: Goal 1: Introduce professional knowledge - professional educators consulted with the school management to find the ideal way to innovate the teaching processes at school. Objective 2: Introduce cultural and linguistic knowledge- used in teaching by teachers of foreign languages and other theoretical subjects. Objective 3: To increase the personal development of the participants - through the presentations of the project, the other pupils of the school could see the personal development of the participants. Objective 4: To introduce knowledge of cultural differences- language, legislation, culture - other pupils of the school realised that despite these differences it is possible to live and work abroad. Objective 5: To introduce the competences acquired by the project team into the school - especially with project organisation, with communication in a foreign language, to approach new foreign partners. Objective 6: To introduce new experiences with project implementation among the cooperating schools - the acquired experiences with the mobility project are also consulted with the schools with which the school cooperates - in the Czech Republic and abroad.
Since our educational facility is the largest horticultural school in the South Moravian Region and one of the largest in the Czech Republic, we need quality and modern teaching of students. We want to offer pupils not only a quality opportunity for professional practice in the Czech Republic, but also provide them with the opportunity to learn in cooperation with foreign countries. This is also linked to the following need - to increase the professional and linguistic competences of pupils and school staff so that they are able to respond to the latest foreign technologies. There is also a need for the school to increase its European dimension, to enrol our pupils in foreign companies as attractive future workers. By implementing the Erasmus+ programme, we are meeting the need to find partners in new and interesting destinations where pupils can gain useful knowledge in a new zone and environment. The last need related to quality development and internationalisation is to learn about foreign innovations, new technologies in the horticultural and ecological field and then to respond to these innovations. In this way, the school will be able to modernize its curriculum and teaching and will fulfill its strategic goal.
