One of the main goals of the project was to carry out two long-term internships and several short-term trips abroad for the students of our school, who were supposed to complete professional internships in foreign companies for a period of two weeks, one month and three months, or to participate in an international educational program. Furthermore, we wanted to implement teacher shadowing as part of the professional development of pedagogical workers. We managed to implement these activities and used up the entire approved budget. For all mobilities, we wanted to improve the professional, linguistic and socio-cultural competences of the participants involved. We also wanted to strengthen contacts, whether with partner organizations or interesting companies and enterprises.
With this project, we wanted to build on the previous international activities of the school, which we managed to implement in the past years. Students' foreign internships have slowly but surely become an interesting element supplementing theoretical and practical education. Trips abroad are very popular with the students, and we see the right sense in our project efforts. The advantage of the project is that it is not financially demanding for the participant, thus we can also support students from socially and economically weaker families with internships. By implementing such oriented projects, we contribute to the fulfillment of the goals defined in our internationalization strategy.
