The main goals were: • To enhance the interest in the particular field of study and to motivate the participants • To gain new specialized and social competencies • To involve the pupils from all fields of study in our school /art and technical fields of study/ • To obtain the awareness about the specialized preparation within EU and to innovate the professional school portfolio • To guarantee competitiveness on international labour market and to provide professional preparation • To be able to respond to current changes on labour market • To improve participants' ICT and language competences • To initiate lifelong learning • To implement demands of European development plan into the practice
The main reasons were: • The need to ensure consistent professional development as well as to monitor the trend in training within the EU,as a necessary condition for a well-prepared school and its pupils. • the need to maintain competition for training • the promotion of long-term sustainability for us in the traditional craftsmanship of clothing and clothing creation within cultural heritage • the employability of graduates • the proven ability to prepare and successfully implement a quality project • the long-standing involvement in international cooperation between schools and professional organisations as a guarantee of high-quality partnership and work content • the project to content and expand Erasmus+ projects already implemented, thereby improving the motivation to study as well as the interest in the field of all pupils of existing and future pupils • Careful selection, knowledge and a good definition of requirements for our admissionpartners as a prerequisite for a successful and beneficial project that we wanted to implement • increasing the reputation of our school among similarly focused schools in our country and within the EU,among the professional and lay public,future employers of our graduates
