1. Through the foreign mobility of students and teachers to enrich and increase the quality of the teaching of professional subjects through new elements of teaching obtained from the trainees which will be introduced into the teaching of professional subjects. The minimum indicator was the innovation of 1 professional subject. 2. To increase the interest in the study of the involved technical and craft fields among both current and future students. The goal should have been fulfilled through the transfer of positive experiences from professional practice among pupils as part of lessons, an open door day, a secondary school fair and other events. The indicator was at least 1 lecture on internship from each field involved. 3. To increase the use of a foreign language in professional subjects by both pupils and teachers so that they can work with foreign sources and communicate with foreign partners. The Internships should be recognized for pupils as part of their education. 4. To motivate pupils to study foreign languages by offering available stays abroad with active use of a foreign language. The indicator will be the number of trainees. 5. To improve the key competences of pupils - to strengthen entreprice, independence, self-confidence, so that socially weak pupils have a better entry into the labor market and into everyday life.
We applied for the project in order to increase the attractiveness and effectiveness of our vocational education for current students and future applicants. From the successful implementation of previous projects, we have experiences that these projects are a motivation for pupils who after completing an internship abroad can apply the acquired skills on the labor market. Pupils are motivated to study foreign languages and see the possibilities of applying themselves abroad. At the same time these students are also a motivation for their classmates who can see the possibilities of working abroad and the advantages of knowing foreign languages even if they do not directly participate in the internship themselves. Project participants become more independent and responsible for themselves thanks to internships. We decided to include the professional development of staff in order to acquire new theoretical knowledge and practical skills and transfer them not only directly to the teaching of the participating teachers but also to the transfer between fellow teachers, so that the new elements are included in professional subjects throughout the school.
