The objectives of the project were: - to increase the professional knowledge of the participants and accompanying teachers, - to enrich the current teaching of the school with new methods and practices used abroad, - improving communication in a foreign language (English, Italian) among the participants, - deepening the participants' knowledge of working abroad, - improving the organisational and administrative skills of the participants, - strengthening the quality of the school's project team, - involvement in cooperation with foreign companies, - increasing the employability of our graduates.
We got involved in the Erasmus+ project mainly for the sake of the pupils of the school, we wanted to increase their professional knowledge, improve their communication in foreign languages and increase their cultural awareness. All this because we want to educate our pupils to become graduates with good knowledge and experience, graduates who are well prepared for the job market, so we feel the foreign experience is a great opportunity. At the same time, since the school is located in the centre of Prague, it is necessary for us to increase our European dimension, i.e. to constantly deepen and seek new cooperation with foreign schools and companies.
