Establish mechanisms for evaluating of the project and its impact on education. Monitor how the acquired skills and knowledge of pupils and teachers affect their performance and employability.
The project builds on a long history of cooperation that dates back to 2008. During this time, internships of our pupils and teachers took place in Bavaria and stays of the partner school with us were realized. With the project, we aimed to maintain this continuity and deepen cooperation with the partner school in Deggendorf. Our aim was to enable pupils and teachers to gain practice and experience in a foreign working environment. This exchange was aimed at enriching their professional skills and preparing them for the demands of the modern labour market. We wanted to increase the employability of graduates in the labour market, especially in the automotive and engineering industries, to familiarise pupils with the foreign working environment, to motivate pupils to improve their language skills and use of professional vocabulary in an international working environment. The aim was to enable teachers to gain new knowledge and experience from an international environment and apply it in teaching, monitoring and implementing the latest trends in teaching, including the involvement of digital technologies in education. We aimed to deepen and maintain international cooperation between schools also permanently outside these stays.
