The goal of the project was to improve the efficiency and skills of individuals at the initial stages of professional studies, deepen international cooperation in education sector and area of professional training, between the educational institution and companies, with the use of defining and verification of professional skills within ECVET system, to improve the level of key competencies and skills and to deepen cooperation between the institutions of education and companies from the world of labour. Other goals included supporting the participants' ability to communicate in foreign languages (English at a professional level and Spanish at the level of everyday communication) and expanding the competences of school employees (linguistic, organizational, professional and in the field of project management). The objectives of the project were defined on the basis of determining the key needs of the sending organization in the field of European mobility and cooperation. The project focused on the growth of personal development of mobility participants, better application on the labour market by acquiring practical competences, but also on gaining a real perspective on other cultures and life abroad.
The practical training project corresponds with the educational goal of Goodwill Vocational School of Higher Education - learning for practice. During planning its activities, we assumed the impact on its participants, on the sending and host organizations from the point of view of meeting needs in the areas of deepening international cooperation in vocational education and recognizing learning outcomes and increasing the effectiveness of education, innovation of teaching materials and entire modules, involvement of teachers in project activities, improving the quality of foreign language teaching, developing lifelong learning, supporting creativity, innovation and entrepreneurial skills, but also fairness and active citizenship, and in strengthening the school's marketing activities and cooperation with regional institutions. The proposal of Practical Training Project GOODWILL - ESPAŇA 2020/2021 has been created on the bases of mutual co-operation between Goodwill Vocational School of Higher Education (VOŠ Goodwill, s. r. o.) and a company specializing on production of animation programs and hotel services Festamusic Grup with its seat in Calella, and educational institution Campus Idiomático operating in Andalusia.
